- Shareholders will vote on setting the board size at 10 directors.
- The meeting will also decide a three-year term for the new board.
- Proposals include EUR 200,000 in annual gross board pay, allocated internally, with a EUR 500 attendance fee per meeting.
- Audit committee pay is set at EUR 35,000 gross for the chair, EUR 25,000 for each other standing member.
