Cosmos Health Unit Enters 5-Year Contract Manufacturing Deal With Viofar Over Cardiovascular Medicine

11:43 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Cosmos Health (COSM) said Friday its unit Cana Laboratories entered a new five-year contract manufacturing deal with Viofar to secure 2.5 million additional units of the Rosartia cardiovascular medicine. Under the five-year deal, Cana will manufacture 500,000 units of the medicine annually, across the 5mg, 10mg, 20mg and 40mg dosages. The new agreement ramps Cana's cumulative contract manufacturing orderbook to over 27.5 million units, and provides greater visibility into future production volumes and related cash flows, the company said.
