Yorkton Equity Group Gets TSXV Approval to Begin a Normal Course Issuer Bid

10:48 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Yorkton Equity Group (YEG.V) received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to start a normal course issuer bid, it said after markets closed Thursday. The normal course issuer bid will allow the company to repurchase, for cancellation, up to around 5.6 million common shares of the company, representing approximately 5% of the outstanding common shares, said the company. The company expects the buyback to begin on Sept. 16, it added. The company's shares were last seen unchanged at CA$0.10 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
