National Stock Exchange of India Sets Price Band for IPO

09:40 AM EDT, 09/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- The National Stock Exchange of India set a price band of 1,700 Indian rupees ($17.79) to 1,785 rupees per share in its proposed initial public offering for the sale of about 126.4 million shares, the exchange said Friday. The IPO would value the stock exchange at 4.418 trillion rupees, or $46.17 billion, at the top end of the price range, The Wall Street Journal reported. The selling shareholders include Morgan Stanley (MS), the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board, and State Bank of India, according to the report. The offer opens on Sept. 17 and closes on Sept. 21.
