- Shareholders adopted the audited financial statements, declared a final dividend, reappointed BDO LLP as auditor, authorized audit-fee setting.
- Board changes were backed, including adding Jock Lennox as a director, re-electing Jill Caseberry, Tom Singer, Tanvi Gokhale, Henry Birch, Jo Hartley.
- Mandates were renewed to allot relevant securities, disapply statutory pre-emption rights, buy back shares, call non-AGM meetings on 14 days’ notice.
- Authority to make political donations was approved; the vote does not confirm any donations, buybacks, share issues, or meeting notices have occurred.
