Glencore buys back CHF 17.85 million in stock from UBS for cancellation
Reuters2026/09/11 09:43- Glencore bought back 2.64 million shares off-market from UBS on Sept. 10 for cancellation under its existing buyback program.
- Gross price was CHF 6.76 per share. Net price was CHF 4.39 per share after 35% Swiss withholding tax.
- Shares in issue will fall to 11.74 billion on settlement. Treasury shares stay at 1.27 billion.
- The buyback program is expected to run through February 2027.
